Returns

We currently do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size selected by customer
  • Color preference
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Personal preference after delivery

Exchange Policy

Exchange is available only if:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong article received
  • Wrong size sent by MEH Luxe

Exchange Conditions

  • Request within 48 Hours
  • Unused product
  • Original tags attached
  • Original packaging required
  • Photos or unboxing video required

Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for sending the parcel back to MEH Luxe at their own expense.

If the mistake is from MEH Luxe, we will cover the replacement delivery charges.


Refund Policy

  • No Cash Refunds
  • Store Credit (if applicable)
  • Product Exchange

Sale Items

Sale and discounted items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the wrong or damaged product was delivered.
